We ask only for what we need to look after your car, and we delete it when we no longer need it.

What we collect and why

Only the booking and contact forms and the customer account ask for personal details. Looking around the site does not.

To sign you in with a code, show your cars and visits, and send the service reminders you turn on.

Until you delete the account. An account with no booking left is deleted 12 months after its last use.

Photos of your car

  • Before a photo is saved, we remove the hidden details cameras add to it, such as the place it was taken.
  • Photos you add but do not send are deleted within 24 hours.
  • The garage opens your photos through private links that stop working after 30 days.

Remember my details

If you tick Remember my details on this device, your name and mobile number stay in this browser only. We cannot see them there. Untick it to remove them.

How we keep it safe

  • The site only opens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you type cannot be read on the way.
  • Booking requests are stored on our own server, and only the garage can see them.
  • We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing.

Services that receive data

A few outside services help run the site. Each one gets only what it needs.

  • Our email provider carries booking and contact messages to the garage inbox.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) carries the booking alert to the garage phone, and our messages to you if you choose WhatsApp.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person and not a bot. It does not receive what you type.
  • Google Analytics counts visits and button presses, only if you accept it. It never receives your name, number or car details. You can change your choice at the bottom of any page.
  • Google Maps loads only when you press Show interactive map.
  • YouTube or Vimeo loads only when you play one of their videos.
  • Our card payment provider takes your card details on its own secure page when you pay a deposit or a bill online. Your card details never reach our server; we only learn whether the payment went through.

See or delete your details

Tell us your booking reference or the mobile number you used. We will tell you what we hold, or delete it.

If you have an account, you can also delete it yourself, with its bookings.
